I did sorely miss the embossing of the logo on the bag because first I personally wanted the logo and secondly its a great tool to market the bag when I take it around in public.
Lastly, when delivering the bag, make sure to fill the bag up when delivering in order to maintain the shape of the bag. It looks good to see a crisp and polished first look of the bag rather than squished.

I purchased a leather belt from the Olorky store and unfortunately received a defective item. After contacting their sales staff and informing them about the issue, they responded promptly and handled the matter very professionally. They not only replaced the defective belt but also sent a leather wallet as a complimentary gift as a gesture of goodwill.
