Shipping Responsibility
- If you wish to return or exchange a product, the shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Eligible Returns:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags intact. -
Non-Returnable Products:
- Products that are used, damaged, altered, or personalized/engraved
- Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
Delivery Charges and Govt Taxes are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Returns are entertained if received within 7 days of the delivery date.
Refund Options
Refunds (where applicable) will be issued via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.
General Guidelines
Please ensure that products are securely packed to avoid damage during return transit. Olorky is not responsible for damage due to poor packaging during returns.
